Nicole Prevost
Founder & CEO
I am the founder and CEO of Prevost Properties, established in 2022 on the Costa del Sol.
I was born and raised in Denmark and have Dominican roots. From a young age, I have always wanted to work in real estate. I spent many years in Denmark working in sales, and most recently ran my own business as a personal trainer for six years. After moving to the Costa del Sol in 2021, I quickly fell in love with the lifestyle, culture and beautiful weather.
Today, I feel fortunate to be doing what I have always dreamed of — running a company built on trust, strong relationships, and genuine service. My journey in real estate began in Marbella with property sales, helping clients buy and sell homes, before expanding into rentals to offer a full-service experience. Prevost Properties is a family-driven business, built with passion, care, and a strong team spirit. This is reflected in everything we do — from how we work together as a team to how we support our clients, owners, and guests. Our focus is simple: to deliver a professional, honest, and personal experience for everyone we work with.
Anass Benyaich
General Manager & Sales Agent
I was born in Belgium with Moroccan roots, and from a young age I developed a deep fascination for construction and Real Estate — a passion sparked by my uncle in Morocco, who has been thriving in the industry for decades.
This passion naturally led me to Prevost Properties. As a general manager, I oversee the day-to-day operations, manage the team, make key decisions, and ensure that every property and client receives the highest level of care and attention.
Today, that role has become more than just a job — it is my mission to help people find their ideal home and to manage properties for both short- and long-term rentals. My focus is simple: providing reliable service, genuine care, and making sure that both owners and tenants feel supported and satisfied every step of the way.
Ann Horlman
CFO & Sales Agent
With an MA in Adult Education, my interest in understanding people’s needs and motivations naturally led me into real estate.
Originally from Denmark and later licensed as a real estate agent in Connecticut, USA, I now serve as the CFO of our company.
I manage all administrative operations, including financial reporting, cleaning management, and co-hosting of rental properties.
With a strong background in real estate and property management, I’m dedicated to ensuring our clients feel supported every step of the way.
Robin Horman
Property Manager & Sales Agent
I am a seasoned professional with a career built on craftsmanship, discipline, and a strong commitment to quality.
With over 25 years of experience in construction and carpentry—combined with hands-on project management, subcontractor coordination, and running my own improvement company—I bring a rare blend of practical expertise and technical understanding.
My background also includes 12 years in the solar industry, covering installation, sales, project management, and site assessments. This adds a modern, forward-thinking perspective to my work, allowing me to approach projects with both traditional skill and contemporary insight.
Now based in Mijas Costa, I apply my experience with a calm, solution-oriented approach that clients quickly come to trust. With a foundation in structural engineering and a national real estate license, I understand properties from the ground up—ensuring precision, safety, and efficient execution at every stage.
I believe in delivering work that stands the test of time, combining professionalism .

Rental Manager & Sales Agent
I was born in the United States and have since lived in more than ten countries across Asia, the Middle East, the Americas, and Europe over the past three decades.
I graduated from John Jay College in New York City and began my career as a Security Manager for the global marketing agency IPG, before relocating to Spain.
Today, I work as both a rental manager and real estate agent, overseeing a portfolio of holiday properties along the Costa del Sol while also helping clients find their dream home.
My international background and global perspective allow me to bring valuable insight to the real estate industry.

Born and raised in Brussels, Belgian with Persian roots, I’ve always grown up between cultures. After earning my Bachelor’s degree in Business Management & Marketing, I started my career as a Project Consultant — a role that strengthened my communication skills and my passion for client-focused work.
Over the years, working in sales, HR, customer relations and consultancy naturally shaped my love for helping people feel at home. That passion eventually pushed me to follow my long-time dream and move to the Costa del Sol.
